As soon as an order is received, our employee will contact you within two working days at the latest to discuss delivery terms. If your requested product is in stock, it can be delivered to you within two days. All orders checked by phone are considered binding.
The seller is entitled to change the price of an order during its handling but is obliged to notify the customer of such a change forthwith. A customer notified of a price change may withdraw his/her order. A customer who has paid the ordered goods in advance and decides to withdraw from the order (contract of purchase) is obliged to notify the seller by e-mail. Acting on the strength of this notification, the seller shall refund the customer within three days of the delivery of the notification.
Eventual damage of the delivered goods caused during transport has to be claimed immediately on delivery – we regret to say that later claims cannot be accepted (naturally excluding defects covered by the 24-month warranty period laid down by law). By signing the receipt of the goods to a delivery company agent, the customer confirms taking delivery of the goods in good order and undamaged.
Our products are dispatched in their original manufacturer's transport packaging. Given routine handling, this kind of packing provides adequate protection, and eventual transport damage should then be clearly visible on or under the packaging. When taking delivery of their ordered goods, customers should make sure that the delivery or its parts – the original packing in particular – is not excessively mechanically damaged (for example crumpled box, dented cardboard cover, torn plastic cover etc.).
Deadline for returning goods
When placing an order as a private person (without ID), you are entitled, pursuant to Act No. 367/2000, to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day of taking delivery of the goods. If you want to do so kindly contact us and send us a written request for the withdrawal from your contract, complete with order number, date of purchase, bank account number or the address to send the refund to.
Note: This does not apply in case of goods purchased in regular shops.
The goods to be returned must be complete (including accessories and all the documents) and in the identical condition as on taking delivery. Kindly enclose purchase bill. Always pack the goods in wrapping paper or cardboard to avoid labelling, overwriting, overprinting or other kind of damage to the original packaging during transport. Do not send goods via cash on delivery service, it won't be accepted.
The buyer is obliged to insure the goods against damage or loss during transport, and block insurance payment for the seller's benefit.
As soon as undamaged goods are returned to the seller, the seller shall refund to the buyer the remitted purchase price within 14 day of the receipt of returned goods.
In the event of return of damaged goods, the seller is entitled to assess eventual damage caused to the goods, and return to the buyer the remitted purchase price reduced by the amount of the loss.
Protection of personal data
VOLWOCOM Ltd., this e-shop operator, hereby pledges that it shall not disclose to third parties your personal data that constitute a prerequisite for ordering and delivering goods, for making out appropriate tax documents, and for handling eventual complaints.
